Renovation to date

In the early fall of 2008, visitors to the Henne Field area will witness a new beginning for our beloved park in the heart of Saline. Renovation will start with moving earth, building some water detention areas, and sculpting the basics of a new and beautiful facility.

Fundraising to date

The Friends of Henne Field have been busy raising money for the past year so work on the park's redevelopment could begin. We have raised about half of the funds needed to complete the project. Now we hope that when residents of the greater Saline area see the work in progress, both in-kind and monetary assistance will be forthcoming.

Community Service Award

"Friends of Henne Field" received an award from the State for Community Service but the award really belongs to all of you who have helped with the effort to renovate Henne Field.
